We think he's just perfect, with ten little fingers and ten little toes. We cannot wait to claim him as our own and to be his forever family.
After months of stagnant adoption procedures, there has finally been movement in Bishkek. The Ministry of Education (MOE) adoption committee has finally done some work and issued approval letters for several families across multiple agencies. Many of these families have been waiting months for court dates and have endured policy changes, embassy shut downs and numerous delays. Praise God that something is finally happening for these families! We will continue to pray that the power of prayer will bring progress on each and every pending adoption case.
